Disputes

If you are unhappy with our advice or our service, tell your adviser first, then our compliance officer. Our complaints process is set out in our disclosures.

If we cannot settle it, you can take it to the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre, which is independent of us.

Scams

Criminals pretend to be financial firms. We will never:

  • ask you to transfer money to a personal bank account;
  • ask for a one-time password, a PIN or your banking login;
  • ask you to install an app or open a link to verify your account;
  • push you to decide today.
